A guide should help you do something. Start with the part that is actually stopping you.
Choose your sticking point
The keyboard is a mystery.
The commands legend separates tapping, holding, combinations and sequences. Search it by task: whisper, map, pockets or chat size.
A quest seems stuck.
Open the Quest Log with Q. Note the exact quest name, the last completed step and what the NPC says now. Check the relevant item in your inventory before asking for help.
I know the word, not the meaning.

Something behaved incorrectly.
Use F9 for the in-game help-ticket window. If the client never opened, follow the download and patcher support route instead.
Bring a report somebody can follow
- Name the quest, item, map or window.
- Describe what you expected.
- List the steps that produced what happened instead.
- Include the exact message, client version and a useful screenshot.
F12 takes a full-frame screenshot. F11 captures the fixed game-viewport crop. Keep passwords and account secrets out of shared screenshots.
