The Commons / Company by choice
Bring your own plans.
Leave room for company.
Find a party, a customer, a supplier or somebody who appreciates the screenshot. You can play on your own terms and still become a familiar face.
Make the invitation useful
Looking for a group?
Say what you want to do, when you want to go and what kind of help you need. A specific invitation gives the right people something to answer.
Buying, selling or making?
Name the goods or service, quantity, price and delivery terms. Keep an offer current and mark it finished when the trade is done.
Sharing a story?
Bring the place, the people and the interesting part. A screenshot can do some of the talking.
Need support?
Use the help routes for installation trouble, tracked bugs and private matters. A public conversation is not the place for account secrets.
Your volume. Your company.
Local Say, Whisper, Shout, Group, Clan and Subpath chat have distinct routes. The commands guide spells out the key combinations and the name/message sequence for a whisper.
The account swear filter applies to incoming and outgoing chat. With filtering enabled, incoming profanity is sanitised and detected profane outgoing messages are not sent.
