Two useful first checks
Returning from an older test build?
Use a fresh installation of the current client. If an old Windows build persists after uninstalling, ask for help checking its remaining temporary files.
Patcher stopped before the game opened?
There is no automatic crash report for a patcher failure. Save the exact message and include your operating system in the report.
Give it a route
For in-game defects, use F9 or client Help. For download and patching trouble, use Player Help or My Account. Keep confidential safety and conduct reports in a private My Account ticket.
